This week we will be looking at the 24th-27th Chapters of the Book of Deuteronomy.

It sounds like a lot of text, but it includes 2 partial chapters.


Lots of various and interesting stuff in our text to include a PG-13 section in chapter 25. We will be looking at instructions and/or penalties for the following:

Leprosy

Kidnapping

Lending

Taking care of your employees

Generational penalties

Justice

Taking care of the poor

Taking a beating

Taking care of animals

Marrying your brother's wife-yep it's in there.

Being a bit too handsy (the PG-13 section)

Fair selling

Revenge on the Amalekites

First Fruits

3rd Year Tithes

Building an altar on the other side of the Jordan
