051723 Deuteronomy 32 33

Today we will be heading back into the Book of Deuteronomy. It is hard to believe that we only have tonight and next week before we enter the Book of Joshua.

We are going to be finishing off the Song of Moses tonight, and we will see the prophetic nature of this song. We will also see the amazing long suffering and grace the Lord gives to even those who continue in sin but return in repentance.

We are going to see the Lord telling Moses it is time to come up onto Mount Nebo- take a look at the promised land and then die and be gathered to your people.

We will see on Sunday that even though Moses never enters into the promised land with the wandering Israelites, he will sneak in later.

We will close out the evening by seeing Moses give blessings to each of the tribes of Israel. This is very reminiscent of what Jacob did in the Book of Genesis.

We will probably not finish the 33rd chapter but seeing as there are only 34 Chapters in the Book of Deuteronomy, we will definitely finish off Deuteronomy next week.
