Chronicles 17-20 101823

Today we are heading back into the Book of 1 Chronicles. We will be looking at the 17th-20th Chapters.

We are going to start off by looking at what some would call the most important chapter in the bible. It is the chapter that establishes the Davidic covenant, in which the Messiah would come through the lineage of the family of King David.

We will then turn to some of the battles that David would fight and win during his reign.

Including a battle that started through attributing wrong motives and intentions to King David.

We will close out tonight by looking at David's men, slaying some giants which would include Golaith's own brother and a six fingered, six toed man. Unfortunately we will see that as David' s men went to war, David stayed home. This was where David sinned with Bathsheeba.
