Mark 15 101523

Today we are going to be heading back into the 15th Chapter in the Gospel of Mark.

Last week we discussed the painful scourging Jesus went through on the way to the cross. This week we will discuss the final atoning sacrifice Jesus made on our behalf on the cross.

This will be another somber set of texts that will remind us that although salvation is free, it comes at a great price.

This should be some familiar text that we will be looking at, so we will try, like last week, to give a little more background as to the why and how.
